Orders are promptly shipped, usually within one business day. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our warehouse in Michigan.

Domestic
Small domestic orders are usually shipped by USPS first class mail in a padded bubble envelope and larger domestic orders are usually boxed and shipped by USPS first class or priority mail. Domestic packages typically take 3-7 days from the time they're shipped to the time they reach your door, depending on your location.

International
Small international orders are usually shipped by USPS global priority mail in a global priority mail mailing envelope with padding and larger international orders are usually boxed and shipped by USPS first class or global priority mail. The contents of your international order are labeled as 'other' on US customs forms (only alternate options are 'gift,' 'documents,' and 'commercial sample,' none of which apply). Internatioanl packages typically take 7-10 days from the time they're shipped to the time they reach your door, depending on your location.
